
Cotton Rosser, a ProRodeo Hall of Fame stock contractor, passed away June 22 at his home in Marysville, California. He was 93 years old. His family spoke about the legacy he has created both in and out of the rodeo arena in the latest edition of ProRodeo Sports News.
